Civilian life burns Asan Kasingye in one week

Civilian life has burned AIGP (rtd) Asan Kasingye in just one week of his retirement. As it is, Afande Kasingye was made to wait for a bank manager for two hours. The amiable Kasingye wonders how civilians do it!
According to his tweet, “AIGP(rtd) Asan Kasingye @AKasingye  “So a receptionist at @Absa Uganda Ntinda Shopping Mall complex made me to wait for 2 hours to see the manager yesterday? I may have appeared a “kapapura man” in an Arsenal T-shirt, but still I am a customer my dear. You guys in civilian dress, is this what you go through on daily?” wondered Afande Kasingye.
However, AIGP(rtd) Asan Kasingye later tweeted, “If you get to know me well, you realize that even in uniform, I would refuse the niceties of ATM customers who would ask me to go in there first instead of lining up. I would tell them that I found them there and that we are all customers.”
The Moonwalker Lives @Ismail_Muyinda replied, saying @Absa and @AKasingye, “I have been to Absa Bank, Ntinda, which always has long queues & service delivery is very slow. Afande Kasingye may have been made to wait not intentionally but because the manager was busy unless when he wanted to jump the queue. I presume when in public places, we are all equal.”

“When I finally decided to go to the manager against her advice to be patient, I found the manager alone. On my way out, I thanked her for her “help” and she chose to “forever remain remain silent”. BTW, I respect the bank & had convinced myself to be silent. It looks I was hurt!”
