Commissioner in the Ministry of Education embezzled sh 665 millions

A Commissioner at Ministry of Education, Mr Omara Apita shocked parliamentary committee when he was asked to account for sh 665m meant for construction of Akii-bua stadium.

The shameless commissioner, instead presented a constructed shade of a stadium. Money was used to do this work, Omara Apita confidently said.

Mr Omara Apita was handed over to CID for investigation and explain how this shade cost 665M. This is robbery. The eating will continue, the police will also eat and that will be the end.
