Court Asks Gordon Mugyenyi to Bring Evidence Against Pidson Kareire

The hearing of a case in which Pidson Kareire, the Drone Media journalist is accused of criminal defamation and offensive communication by Middle East Consultants Gordon Mugyenyi was today 1st July 2019 at 10:00 a.m at Makindye Chief Magistrates court before His Worship Okumu Muwonge.

His Worship responding to the defense lawyer Daniel Walyemera, asked the complainants lawyer Charles Nsubuga to disclose the documents of the case, but he did not have any.

The case stayed until Thursday July 4, 2019 when the documents are presented. In leyman languange this means the complainant will have to bring evidence against the defamation lawsuit.
