Once you become pregnant with ideas to go and work abroad; you must look for labour export companies that are honest. There are many licensed companies, but not all are honest. Most companies are cheats/fraudsters. They collect money from clients when actually they are not sure of the job orders/contracts.

There are companies which ride on the former glory/history/incessant advertising, yet they serve hot air. They tell lies to clients, enroll mobs of them and thereafter collect loads of money and invest it into other businesses, leaving job seekers in tears.

Before you enroll for jobs abroad; do so much window shopping; ask people you find waiting at the company premises or read some write ups like this one and inquire more. After you get enough information, make choice. By making choice we mean, ‘decide.’  This decision involves the cost and mode. Don’t be over-charged, yet you are going for the cheapest job offer.

You must know that the highest paying job in UAE is security and it is 3,000 Dirhams (sh3m). However, most companies have devised a deceptive way of advertising high salaries for various job offers yet this is a lie. Jobs in UAE begin from 700 Dirham (sh700,000) to 3,000 Dirhams( sh3m) so if a company advertises lies that foremen or helpers will be getting sh3m, jump off that wagon!

Maids are required to pay sh50,000 only. This money is for registration; the rest is paid by the recipient. Surprisingly, labour companies defy government policy and charge more money. If you are reading this and you have a company which charged more than sh50,000 send us email we shall recover your money.

You should know that no company is supposed to advertise jobs abroad in rumours. These job offers/orders/contracts should  be available and approved by the Ministry of Labour, Gender and Social Development. If this contracts are not approved; that is fraud and all sorts of cheating always occur.
