Criminals are known but impunity is making it hard

After President  Yoweri Kaguta Museveni addressed the nation about security, the public continue to pour their hearts out.

Most of these Ugandans say General Museveni will not fight crime with impunity prevailing. The revelation below clarifies their argument.

To eliminate crime you have to first eliminate impunity otherwise you are just wasting our tax payers money.

For instance, some of the stubborn cadres go astray because of their strong relationship with the president.

Snoops say, as long as Frank Mwesigwa is still in that office because his father a canon is a friend of the president, crime in Kampala will come back soon, Frank is one of the architects of all these crimes, working with his former boss.

All criminals are known to the public, Buchana is out there enjoying sex with a lady who calls herself your daughter, meanwhile they are conning and killing Europeans. Why isn’t Buchana arrested?

Crime is promoted with exemption , people get fade up and they end up taking laws in their hands . It’s high time you listened to some of the people who are exposed.

High profile criminals in Uganda are your friends and you occasionally meet them at least we have picture evidence of you meeting Brian White a drug king, we also have evidence of you meeting Buchana a senior conman and Rwandan Agent.

Lately the attorney General and the minister of justice have been trying to release Uganda’s biggest Criminal Burungi Simpson.

The deputy Speaker of parliament has a brother who is a thug and has a sanctioned file, the Chairman Mayuge who is again your friend is a thug and also has a sanctioned file, your lands minister is a thug but still minister, non of the people exposed by the land commission is arrested or still held. Uganda’s number one problem is this impunity.

You talked of ways to curb down crime in Uganda including DNA, world over DNA is taken off criminals or those suspected in some cases, what you missed was address registration, this is what Ugandans need.

We find it useless to have someone’s National ID, finger prints and DNA without having an address registered to their name, only this will reduce crime by 70%, the rest we are sorry to say Mr. President, it will be a waste of our time and money.
