Entebbe Airport boss’s car faults traffic laws

Yesterday concerned citizens photographed a car of the boss of Entebbe International Airport.  The Director of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) had faulted on traffic rules, thus breaching the traffic laws of the Republic of Uganda.
The Concerned Ugandans watched  in awe as the driver of the infamous car stubbornly drove through a one-way lane on Jinja Road. The car was from Entebbe, and clearly obstructed incoming traffic; causing indignant traffic Jam.
The breach of traffic rules prompted tired and desperate Ugandans to post a photo of the offending car on the social media. It  later attracted pressure from various forces as a result, the Uganda Police Force had to act.
Following the post on the social media,  which revealed the acts of the Entebbe Airport boss, the AIGP Asan Kasingye reacted, ” We have zoomed in and the Director of Traffic has taken a record of this for FNA.” However, this morning Afande Kasingye posted another post saying, ” Car positively identified. The driver will be required to report at CPS Kampala, tomorrow to explain whether he has a right of way or not.”
Otherwise, the Entebbe car was UBB 328S registered by Civil Aviation Authority, Entebbe and the telephone contact is 0752 613 688.
“This is what is required by all Ugandans so that impunity can be tamed in this Banana Republic. However, police is the most involved party in this impunity. Yet, Ugandans are tired of impunity in this country.
So often some individuals accord themselves rights of way while they inconvenience others. One time, we watched Sudhir Ruparelia’s car driven on a one-way lane on Kampala Road. Surprisingly, two traffic officers accorded him this right, and not the law of Uganda.  Sudhir, of course has no right of way on a one-way lane, but here he was. The car was driven from the parking yard next to Church House to join Entebbe Road while on the lane that leads to Bombo Road!
