ENTEBBE MP LOSES DAUGHTER TO TRAILER CRUSH

Entebbe MP Rose Mary Tumusiime lost a daughter known as Doreen Tumusiime to a trailer crush this morning.

Eye witnesses say a heavy truck smashed the MPÔÇÖs daughter and boda boda rider to ashes this morning while she was heading to work. The tragedy occurred a few meters away from where the MP was near Muzinga Park. The MP was heading to State House to witness the swearing-in of new ministers.

She abandoned the swearing in ceremony after learning a terrible accident that claimed lives of her daughter, Doreen Tumussime and a boda boda rider. The grief-stricken MP fainted and was rushed to hospital.

A speeding Isuzu truck Reg UAP 872J knocked her off a boda which was being ridden by Patrick Busingye an employee of her mom splitting her head from the rest of the body around Muzinga park, near State House Entebbe. Tumusiime, who was self-employed was heading to her mobile money business station.

Doreen, early this year, graduated from Makerere University. She had since been self employed. Doreen was a daughter to Entebbe Municipality MP, Rose Tumusiime Gumisiriza.

Boda accidents have become very frequent in this day and time as Doreen is the 3rd beautiful soul to lose her life to a boda accident after Juliet Tumwesigye and Charity Komuhangi.
