Entebbe woman enters lodge with a strange man

A woman who lives in Entebbe and is not comfortable exposing her identity is seeking for advice about illicit behaviour of her brother’s wife who she has seen entering a lodge with a strange man.

This says, ‘I live and work in Entebbe. My siblings are all based in Kampala. I am 29 years old and the last born of 6 children. These are 3 boys and 3 girls. Four of whom are married.

My elder brother, the third born recently shared with me that they are struggling to conceive and it had been causing a rift between him and his wife.

So last week as I was coordinating a conference at a hotel in Entebbe, I see his wife and a strange man walk into a lodge, hotel room. She didn’t see me as they were giggling and laughing. I froze. So I called my brother to ask how he is doing and checked on the wife and he said she had traveled to western Uganda on a company retreat.

I immediately hang around to confirm what I had seen and without a doubt it was my brother’s wife. It was a disheartening occurence, but I managed as a woman. I thought I should seek for advice from you guys on how to break this to my brother or should I keep quiet and mind my business. Its really eating me up.

Remember this woman caught in the act has waited for a child for too long, but Sarah in the Bible waited for 75  years.

According to the Penal Code Article 154, any man who commits adultery may be imprisoned for 12 months and be required to pay a fine of 200 shillings. Therefore, the cheating couple should face the Ugandan law.
