I bewitched Chameleone’s concert

A boda boda man, who was beaten by singer Jose Chameleone claims he is the reason why the Chameleone`s concert of Gwanga Mujje concert flopped.

It is alleged that Chameleone beat up the man after he scratched his new Range Rover sport, which was donated to him by the first family during the covid-19 lock down.

When the news of the concert flop reached him, he said he is the one that did it using witch craft.

“What did I tell you people? What has happened to Chameleone,” he said in a local television interview

The concert flopped after winds blew up the stage, which had been built at the concert, which was Lugogo cricket oval on Friday 10th, February, 2023.

This forced Chameleone and Biggie Events to postpone the show to Friday 24th, February, 2023 at the same venue.

Chameleone, who was at Maestro studio practicing came to scene and confirmed that the show had been postponed and urged his fans to keep the tickets.

“We will come back big and bigger. It’s unfortunate that the show didn’t take place but let’s remain focused on the new date,” he told journalists at the venue

He said other concerts which were going to take place   in the different parts of Uganda have also been postponed to allow Chameleone and his team prepare for  a redo of the flopped concert.

However fellow artistes and the general public have showed him support the legendary artiste and have promised to support him till when the show will be held.

Chameleone’s young brother Weasel Douglas Mayanja of the Good Lyfe Entertainment group said the King will be back and bigger next Friday.

“The King will be back and bigger. Let’s link up on 24^th, February, 2024,” he said on his Facebook page.

Singer Big Eye stood with Chameleone and said everything will be alright as champions never quit.

Sorry papa Dr.Jose Chameleone. Everything will be alright.Champions never quite. Don’t lose hope. God is with you,” he wrote on his social media handles.
