KADAGA , OULANYAH TAKE WAR TO MENGO.

As the battle for the much coveted position of Speaker of Parliament takes shape, the two protagonists
Kadaga and Jacob Oulhanya are bent on outdoing each other as they target winning voting blocs . Buganda with over 109 Mps is the single biggest voting bloc in Parliament.

With knowledge that Mengo is the heart of the Buganda Parliamentary Caucus, Oulanyha made inroads first by courting influencial movers and shakers. In an attempt to out do him Kadaga through lawyers Masembe and Makubuya pulled a smarter move.

Kadaga undertook to ensure that Parliament appropriates Mengo compensation from government before this Parliamentary term ends in return for support of Buganda caucus. To dress the unofficial talks, Kadaga invited Mengo to present its case formally to Parliament which they promptly did 5 days ago .

Mengo minister Kawase was in Parliament to present its Mengo claims against government and Kadaga undertook to personally follow up the matter. Its now a done deal, Buganda Caucus wil support Kadaga.

You may recall Kadaga was accused of receiving over 400.000 used from MMAKS, a firm owned by the same lawyers in return to silencing a claim against City Mogul Karim. Hirji by the late Ziba children.

Kadaga also knows that money wins many wars. She has gone on a money searching spree, and she is getting it girl from both good and bad sources. Her plan is to overwhelm Oulanyha and group with a big purse.

And of course, in all battles Kadaga has to run back into the hills to seek the intercession of her Gods.
What remains though is Museveni, whose dice either to Kadaga or Oulanyah will be a winning one.
