Katumba tells parliamentary committee his life is danger

By Correspondent

Former Presidential Candidate, John Katumba has claimed before Parliament’s Human Rights Committee that his life is in danger.

While addressing MPs on the committee today, Katumba revealed that following the conclusion of the January 14 polls he has been forced to take extra precautions.

“Now what I do is camouflaging. I appear in a way you don’t expect me to,” he said.

“That’s why I didn’t eat your stuff, I am sorry. I am honest with you I don’t know who is what. They go through committees like this one, through journalists; they go through so many people. I am telling you things are happening to the extent that I thought that I made a crime to contest,” said Katumba.
