Maid painfully tortures child to a disgusting point-Bebe Cool puts sh1m to whoever arrests the torturer

There is a viral video clip of a maid who is seen torturing a toddler, yet the world yesterday celebrated Women’s Day. This is contrary to what the rest of the world celebrated.

Singer Bebe Cool has just stated: ” This is so sad, we just celebrated women’s day and this is what we have somewhere in Uganda?  Bebe Cool calls for public action. He says, ” Let us save the child by looking for this beast and hand it over to police.

Bebe Cool has since staked sh1 million to whoever locates the the torturer and informs the police. Once she is handed to police contact Bebe Cool.
