Club X5 owner dies of cancer

Uganda has lost an exceptional enterprising soul in the names of Jackson Musoke.

Musoke who breathed his last this morning in Kampala was the Club X5 proprietor, owner of X5 suites, X5 Ceramics and X5 Occasions, an events and management company.

His buddy Humphrey Mayanja, who used to enjoy his company at Rock Gardens, Speke Hotel, eulogizes;

“I have lost a good friend, Jackson Musoke, you fought the battle but we have lost you, and the pain is deep. Rest in peace my brother and may your beloved wife Faridah be strong enough to continue with all the dreams you had together. Am going to miss you bro.”

Nabilah Nagayi Ssempala, MP for women representative in Kampala Central mourns Musoke, too:

“Jackson you have run your race and made your mark on society in your short life! I am saddened by the fact that I shared with you when you were abruptly diagnosed with cancer!

You were strong through it all and very positive that you’d beat the Big C! You insisted that I do all the cancer tests and diagnostics because you felt it was your responsibility to caution everyone on the recent surge in Cancer incidents!

We hope the Good Lord watches over your young family! May your soul Rest In Peace! Till we meet again Jackson!”

Jackson will be buried on Tuesday at Bunono in Entebbe. His body has been taken to A+ Funeral Home and will be brought back home at Bwebajja opposite JM Hotel tomorrow.

There will be mass 2 times at his home tomorrow: one at 2 p.m and another at 7 p.m and thereafter overnight vigil.

On Tuesday the body will be taken to Bugonga Church in Entebbe for a requiem mass beginning at 12 noon, thereafter the body will leave for the burial place to be interred at 4 p.m.
