Major Richard Karuhanga Shunu dies in a motor accident

A UPDF officer Richard Karuhanga Shuunu has died in a motor accident at Nyakahita near Lyantonde, Masaka-Mbarara Road.

According to eye witness a truck belonging to Amos diaries knocked off the car he was in and he did not survive.

Major Shunu was a son of Festo Kahenya and Jovia Kashokye of Nshwerenkye, Rushere, Nyabushozi, Kiruhura district.

He has been the bread winner of the family; he lost his father years ago, he stayed with his mother Jovia Kashokye.
