Officials in the Prime minister’s office have been arrested

Officials in the Prime minister’s office were inflating prices and rejecting lower price offers from various suppliers of maize flour and on that note, PS Christine Kintu, Joel Wanjara, Fred Lutimba and Commissioner Martin Owori were all arrested.

According to our source,  Commissioner, Disaster Preparedness & Management in the Prime minister’s office; Martin Owor has been arrested by Lt. Col. Edith Nakalema for inflating prices of COVID-19 food relief. He was arrested along with Christine Kintu, the PS to the Office of the Prime Minister, Joel Wanjara, and Fred Lutimba.

Meanwhile Coca Cola has cleaned its image against contribution of 187 empty jerrycans.

Therefore, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa contributed 30 cartons of Rwenzori Water for the Mandatory Quarantine Centres on the first day they were set up as it was an emergency and people were up in arms about being quarantined.

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa also contributed the 187 jerrycans for emergency handwashing stations at the border points in the first week – given to the Directorate of Immigration and Citizenship Control. This was to begin controlling the possible spread of COVID-19 through border points.

 Coca-Cola Beverages Africa has contributed US$22,300 for the first phase of the fight – for various items for the Ministry of Health that the Ministry put in their budget.

 Plus, the entire Coca-Cola advertising budget has been cancelled and moved to COVID-19 advertising and product labels have also been changed to include this messaging. 

Ugandans are eagerly waiting for Buganda Kingdom and Pastor Aloysious Bugingo, each of the two parties, contributed sh 100 millions towards COVID-19 National Task Force.

The public says Pastor Bugingo collected money in dollars, which amounted to over sh17 billions in the name of buying Canaan land. While Buganda Kingdom milked the public in the name of etofaali, the officials in charge inflated prices of items including sh90 millions they claimed they spent on the lion monument that is on top of Masengere building.
