PAC accused of protecting director of logistics in police Despite efforts by the new IGP Ochola together with Presiddent Museveni to weed police of weevils- kawukumi, it is emerging that there is still a mafia cartel in Police.
It is such that is allegedly guarding against the disposer of some people who otherwise would be moving out of the institution.
This comes at a time when a powerful director ,Mr. Godfrey Bangirana director of logistics is under pressure .
It also follows a fresh letter from Mr Benon Mutambi secretary to Police and Ps Ministry of Internal affairs obstructing some IGP’ s directions.
According to a hot dos sier circulating on the social media , the catel has enlisted some MPs to its side. This follows a letter by the PS advising the IGP to retain Bangirana whose contract had expired. The IGP had asked Bangirana to leave office until his contract is renewed. It is surprising whether the IGP will burge to the advise of Mutambi.
