Ponsiano Lwakataka wanted for murder again

The question that brings rally driver Ponsiano Lwakataka back to jail is one and the pinning one! Where was he on the night of 13th Jan 2013???

Call data puts him at the residence the late Pastor Mugambe Steven who was murdered together with eight other relatives between 1:00am and 2:30am. If true Lwakataka was at the crime scene then arrest him.

So why did Mark Odong extract these Call Data Records from the criminal File? Mark Odong should be investigated for mismanaging Criminal cases in exchange of cash.

The same Mark Odong is believed to have interviewed Bob and Kanyankole at CMI resurrecting a 2017 File number MSCAPPNO 226/17. In his statements Kanyankole admits to killing Ashaba a former Manager at Movit.

This week Nakawa Court issued an arrest warrant which was used to produce Kanyankole and Bob to Nakawa Court based on their statements recorded by Mark Odong in CMI custody, the state Prosecutor in the case is Florence who is believed to have received good facilitation from Shiela Birungi on behalf of Simpson to kill this case.

The Magistrate is Kintu, surprisingly and controversially the prime suspect Movit aka Simpson Birungi was not called in Court, instead Kanyankole and Bob were told to admit their crime and receive a lighter sentence plus money worth 300 millions.

Why didn’t the State Attorney charge Simpson the prime suspect?

This is same thing that was done on Lwakataka’s case, a suspect was charged alone sentenced and given a deal, later he returned to disown His own statement.

Uganda’s Criminal Justice system is the reason we still have crime in Uganda, people employed in this department are there to make money than serve the law.

In a related matter Shiela Birungi has today handed over 160m shillings to a Lawyer on Wilson Road to process her husbands release. Again this is a waste of money.
