Rukungiri by elections_Museveni is vexed

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is vexed. Yes, he is very angry! The president’s anger is justified.  How can court cause by election because an offertory of sh50,000?

The small offertory caused the country to waste resources that could have been allocated somewhere else. Did the judge put that into consideration?

It is the judge and the cohorts who caused this mass waste of resources. This shows how Ugandans are not patriotic, they are self_centred. This is treasonous.

Anyway, the winner now is ahead with about 4000 votes; which means that little number caused the mass waste of  Uganda’s resources!

Now, you are happy that you have defeated Mr.Museveni not even NRM, but do you know an old adage that goes, ” Obusiru bwenfana zikita mukama wazo.” Meaning ‘the foolish worms kill the person they feed on yet when she or he dies they also die.’ That is the situation in Rukungiri.

The reality is, out of 100,000 voters; 45,000 voters still love NRM. They love Mr. Museveni.

If I may ask, what will you gain from opposing Mr. Museveni’s government? In this era people should be looking at bigger things of development but not sh50,000 offertory.

Finally, the Bible says, ” The King’s heart is in the Hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water. He turns it whithersoever He will.  The sense here is that you may think that God is not watching, He is.

Otherwise, the government worn, the security was we’ll observed.

Police says they have arrested ten suspects in connection to Rukungiri elections.

The suspects are charged with various offences including voter bribery, inciting violence and failure to follow procedure on issuance of ballot papers.

Those arrested include one Vincent Kyamadidi arrested on allegations of inciting violence at Sayuni SD polling station in Nyarushanje sub county.
The electoral process so far is still peaceful. We have not registered any serious incident.
