The former Inspector General of Police Gen.Kale Kayihura has been arrested at Entebbe airport

The former Inspector General of Police Gen.Kale Kayihura has been arrested at Entebbe airport and blocked by the Special Forces Command from exiting the country.

This website has learnt that Kayihura had inquired from the president of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni so that he can go abroad for treatment after he had spent some good time suffering from unknown disease and it is said that Museven accepted him to go but when he reached at the airport on Monday the SFC ordered him to turn back since they had directives that Kayihura is not allowed to exit the country.
