Where was Gladdys Kamasanyu’s bodyguard as the goons presided over her flogging?

It is not surprising that in a space of one and a half months bodyguards are being accused of neglect of their duty, which is leading to injuries of their bosses.
On June 1, 2021 just last month, Lt. Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala was shot and injured in absence of his bodyguards. Surprisingly, nobody has explained why the bodyguards weren’t doing their job on that fateful day.
Today, Gladdys Kamasanyu’s bodyguard is in question. Where was he when the goons presided over her flogging? The goons, according to reports, had a field day in as far as torturing the Chief Magistrate, who always sentences suspects.
Now, the police says it is going to punish Chief Magistrate Gladys Kamasanyu’s body guard for laxity in his duty. This follows last Saturday’s incident, when Gladdys Kamasanyu was attacked by goons, who also went away with her hand bag and mobile phones.
Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga says all judicial officers are entitled to security and must be on duty at all times. Kamasanyu is currently recovering from the attack at IHK hospital. Enanga adds that the chief magistrate will also provide the police with a statement after her recovery, on why she decided to move without her designated security.
