A man suspected to have killed Joan Kagezi has been arrested

Abel Kitagenda a former Wembley, RRU and Flying Squad Operative who was previously reported as a dirty cop has finally been arrested by ISO.

Kitagenda  is a police officer connected to most high profile crimes in Uganda. He was arrested under the instructions of the Director General of ISO for his involvement in various crimes.
