Kampala is today ruled by a group of goons who boast of killing Ugandans with impunity! This website (www.thedronemedia.ug) investigated these obscene acts and the truth is laid herein.

They call themselves Kampala Mobile Killers. They are hired by rich Ugandans as well as politicians to settle their scores.

This website visited members of this group some of them in Luzira Prison and Kigo Prison and they freely revealed how they do their work.

The fees for their work varies according to the appearance of their client. If you appear rich they will charge you highly and vise versa.

Surprisingly, all the police CID OCs know these people and where to find them! This is what a member at Kigo Prison told this website.

He (member at Kigo) is on murder but serving 12 years of which he remains with only two years. However, he is in touch with colleagues outside, who regularly visits him.

He said these were ADF fighters and they changed tactics and found fertile grounds among security operatives, who most times find rich opportunities using them.

They are elusive, they don’t hold mobile phones. If you want them you pass through security operatives, but you will undergo many tests to prove that what you want is not against their will. If you agree to meet at 11:00am the goons will reach there at 8:00am and stand at a distance to observer how you come.
