ACP Baroza denied settlement in America

Reports from America indicate that ACP Jonathan Baroza has been denied protection in Canada based on abuse of human rights and involvement in innocent killings in Uganda.
“I can confirm he will be on the next flight to Entebbe Airport where Ugandan Security officials are expected to receive this criminal big fish,” a source who asked for anonymity told the press.
Baroza left Uganda through Rwanda to Canada to seek Asylum after getting involved in series of Crime, including killngs of women, illegal arrests and deportation of refugees, Kaweesi Murder, robberies in Kampala etc. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni ordered a full investigation and arrest of all police officers involved in Crimes.
The former powerful ADC to General Kayihura is the missing link between Rwanda and Kayihura, is the only criminal that can be turned into state witness to bring down Kagame on crimes against Humanity committed between 2012 and 2018.
Mbu Kigali is panicking about the whereabouts of ACP Baroza, he is the key witness in the ICC Petition against Kagame and his team if the state can turn him into witness.
Baroza is also highly suspected of planning the murder of Assistant Inspector of Police Andrew Felix Kaweesi. He was seen at the scene of crime removing blood for what reasons God knows.

Elusive Assistant Commissioner of Police Jonathan Baroza has silently been brought back to the country, The Tower Post has learnt.

ACP Baroza who was former Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura’s personal assistant has been on the run since July 2018 after he was declared a deserter.

According to the Police Act, an officer is declared a deserter if he/she goes missing from the designated duty station without authority for a continuous period of 21 days.

Baroza at the time of his desertion had been deployed in Algeria as a Police attaché in September 2017. He would later be recalled to the country in June 2018 as investigations into the murder of former Police spokesperson AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi heated up.
