ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT’S WIFE CAUGHT BEING CHOWED BY THE BOSS
The Assistant Accountant of Lwampanga Sub-county, Nakasongola district, recently wrote to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), requesting for transfer and one month leave over sex scandal.
According to a letter dated 11th December 2019, signed by Simon Candia, the victim painfully requested for a transfer to any other station of work. Candia, with much pain, revealed how his Supervisor, Hassan Ssewanonda, who is the Acting SAS and Town Clerk, Lwampanga Sub-county; was got red-handed having sex with his wife.
Candia who could not hide his anguish, explained that he found the sex pests in his house on 9th December, 2019. On the fateful day, Candia had travelled to Maracha for the organization of funeral rights of his brother, but he returned unexpectedly and found the two love birds on gigig.
For that matter, Candia felt he could not execute his duties as he was expected when he is under the supervision of Hassan Ssewanonda, who he caught having sex with his wife.
But also, he asked for a one month leave so that he could settle because his mind was perturbed. Candia claimed he was mentally ill, disorganized. He was also looking for his wife; who reportedly left after the ugly incident and worse still went with Candia’s child; who is a baby.
Candia says his in-laws claimed they had not seen their misbehaving daughter. The question Candia was asking was whether Ssewanonda could have facilitated the chowed wife to fly abroad for a rest. Unfortunately, this question could not be asked directly since Ssewanonda was still supervising Simon Candia.
Canndia was looking forward for usual positive response to his genuine complaint. This complaint was channeled through the Chief Financial Officer, Nakasongola and it was received on same date, noted and forwarded for action. Copies were distributed to Chairperson LCV, Nakasongola, Secretary for Finance & Administration, District Internal Auditor and Chairperson LCIII, Lwampanga Sub-county.
