Bobi Wine declares himself by giving himself 54%

The leader of National Unity Platform (NUP) Hon Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has just declared a winner of the 2021 elections. Bobi Wine, who was backed by few of his supporters told journalists at his offices in Kamwokya, that he got 54% while President Museveni got 38% in the last concluded elections.
Surrounded by some opposition MPs, Bobi Wine took the opportunity to rally Ugandans to demonstrate peacefully so that they can force President Museveni vomit the presidential victory he allegedly stole from him (Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi). He said that is the only way to show discontent in the January 14 presidential Elections outcomes.
In fact, Bobi Wine did what Absolom in the Bible did. Absalom, according to the Hebrew Bible, was the third son of David, King of Israel with Maacah, daughter of Talmai, King of Geshur. 2 Samuel 14:25 describes him as the most handsome man in the kingdom. Absalom eventually rebelled against his father and was killed during the Battle of Ephraim’s Wood.
Absalom, the third son of King David by his wife Maacah, seemed to have everything going for him, but like other tragic figures in the Bible, he attempted to take what was not his. Absalom’s story is one of pride and greed, about a man who tried to overthrow the plan of God. Instead, his life ended in a violent downfall.
