Boss at this local bank is sexually harassing her

Shivan, a friend and a corporate banker thinks her boss is sexually harassing her and it’s affecting her performance and threatening her job . Shivan in her mid 20’s reports to a jolly flamboyant department boss in his 60’s. It all started when the company had hosted a get together party at a hotel. Shivan had danced with her boss innocently just to have fun like all staff did that evening. They also exchanged a few drinks and pleasantries together.

The next morning Shivan had entered her boss’s office for a document approval when he suddenly dropped his pen on ground and Shivan bent to pick it but she noticed he was also bending his neck peeping through her inner thighs. “But Sir?!!” She mumbled and immediately stood up shyly handed him a pen and stormed out of his office. A few hours later he called her warned her to never storm out of his office again, gave her the document and shouted her out rudely. She was very shy, shocked and scared for the whole incident.

A week later, she had made errors in a previous assignment and had to go explain herself to her boss. He threatened to recommend her for termination if she doesn’t improve on her work quality. She fell on her knees and pleaded for mercy. He rose from his chair pulled her arm up off the knees, went and locked his office door, held her by her waist and pulled her to his chest, another arm run through her thighs and started touching her underwear. She wanted to scream but respected the Oldman, she squishedly pleaded with him and he let go. She was afraid and couldn’t comprehend what was befalling her. “Co-operate if you want to stay in this organisation” his voice hissed. Then relieved her to go. She pulled her skirt down, cleared her tears and left his office.

Her boss is kinda a guy who has kept a clean record for the last 12 years he has worked in this Organisation. He is respected by every body including management. Shivan is afraid she might get fired instead if she reports such incidences about a man of such power, calibre and image. Secondly she has no evidence that she can build on to pin him down. She is losing herself, she can not imagine fornicating with her boss and later alone a man whose children are her age. A week ago, he nailed her on his office wall and kissed her. He assured her how if she gives in he will request for her promotion or risk losing her job. She feels disgusted at the whole thing but wants her job badly as well.

She is totally depressed and wondering how do you ladies out there fight such office sexual harrassement at your work places because resignation is out of options for Shivan, this job is her life right now.
