Advocates rushed to the High Court in Kampala, seeking protection from NOTU Chairperson Wilson Owere and Ezra Kanyana, the Secretary General National Union of Theatrical, Domestic and General Workers (NUTDOW), an affiliate of NOTU, who both want to evict him from his current position because of his participation in the recently concluded polls.

Werikhe, an MP elect for Bubulo West Constituency says his Boss wrote him a letter dated February 13, directing him to call for a General Council meeting and also prepare a good defense regarding the allegations of financial impropriety and property mismanagement.
