Ring of criminal cartels in Uganda

Corruption case against these will shock the country once it comes to light. That is why speaker Kadaga is unilaterally opposed to the FDC change of COSASE chairmanship.
They are a lot of cover ups going on behind the scenes.

We all know Basajabala and Muhanga UBC land connections which she claimed she sold goats worth 13 billion shs to purchase the land. Instead of the government recovering the land ,the taxpayers was forced to compensate these thugs through the cartels recommendations.

Some lucrative contracts have been extended to these characters in form of huge kickbacks. Katuntu, Anita Among, Okupa, Tumusime and Kadaga have been using COSASE committee for stealing. For example through the committee Dotts services whose contracts had been cancelled by Museveni, on the their recommendation they negotiated and this was reversed and UNRA paid 40bn and they were paid a handsome 20% each for that influence peddling.

COSASE under the chairmanship of Katuntu has been largely used in the underworld business. What you see in the media is mere posturing. Business monopolies use the same committee to fight their competitors. Another case involves, a 100m bribe from Roofings to Kadaga via Katuntu to initiate investigations of taxes in steel sector. However this time parliament rejected COSASE from investigating the industry and it was sent to Finance committee.

Therefore what Kadaga is trying to do is buy time to cover dirt. It must be pointed out that already Kadaga and Katuntu have a history of practising law together as a matter of fact she was his boss. Now they are afraid hell will break loose once nonsense Munyagwa Mubarak and Kasibante Moses take over the committee.
Remember Elijah Okupa is already intimately involved with Kadaga,as the saying goes about pillow talks, he acts as a conduit and fixer of information from his opposition compatriots to his sweetheart Kadaga. All dodgy reimbursement by bank of Uganda has the inputs of this gang.
