Farewell to the Apac District’s NRM Vice Chair

In a prayerful mood!- NRM’s Rt Hon Richard Todwong and Government Chief Whip Hon Hanson Obua joined thousands of mourners who painted Apac District YELLOW to say the final farewell to Late Sam Opio Oceng- the Apac District’s NRM Vice Chair.

The Secretary General of the Mighty NRM in his eulogy applauded Late Sam as one whom NRM Blood ran into all his veins and a Peace builder who always advocated for peaceful means to resolve conflicts; something he urged mourners and the entire NRM Fraternity to emulate.

The YELLOW Rt Hon Todwong advised the NRM Leaders in the District to work harder for the population, ensure service delivery to the population and mobilize massively so that come 2026, Apac District will be fully YELLOW as his usual public outfit.

Hon Denis Hanson Obua who represented Jajja YKT Museveni delivered the National Chair’s 10m Condolence Contribution to the bereaved Family.
