Finally Col. Kiiza Besigye reveals plan B

The former Forum for Democratic Change FDC and the people’s president Col Dr Kiiza Besigye has on Thursday February 4th 2021 revealed the long awaited plan B.

In a press briefing, Besigye who was escorted by lord Mayor Ssalongo Elias Lukwago, party Chairperson Wasswa Birigwa, party president Patrick Amuriat Oboi among other party officials asserted that the plan is a non-violent system that will out Tibuhaburwa from the seat.

In his plan, Besigye calls upon Ugandans to reject cooperation with the current regime at all levels.
According to him, this will show how the oppressed citizens are dissatisfied with the power and the leadership of the current regime.

“Plan B is abundantly Nonviolent. But calls for non-cooperation with System. Citizens should not cooperate with the government at all layers, be it business and all. This will manifest the dissatisfaction of citizens to the powers that be”
Besigye has a strong belief that If people unite and decide what to do, it wouldn’t take two weeks with the regime still here.

He adds that they have put on notice those who are terrorizing citizens not only to stop but to also release those who are being held.

“When they make you lose confidence they get away with murder. This can’t be solved by me, Kyagulanyi or a particular person. We must work together” he added.

The strong opposition figure noted that when Ugandans consciously coordinate, think and work together, they can get rid of this problem very soon.

“Citizens should get their sovereignty; citizens should have a right to choose who should lead them. Citizens should have the right to choose what is right or wrong” he said.

Unconvinced Besigye says the election wouldn’t have happened because of the pandemic and that Parliament would have extended.
“There was no need to endanger Ugandans. The 2021 elections confirmed that what we have in Uganda is a military Junta that organizes elections to smear some legitimacy to themselves” he concluded.
