IGG Kamya fails to pin the corrupt they are pinning her

IGG Beti Kanya Namisango has failed to pin the corrupt but the corrupt are pinning her. She is reportedly drowned into corruption scandals.

As a result, President Museveni has set a parallel Anti Corruption Unit to do what the IGG failed to do. She is likely to be the most innefective IGG.

This has finally proved that all Ugandans are corrupt regardless of being NRM or Opposition.
While in oppostion, Kamya was a vocal anti corruption crusader, until she became minister.
As Minister for Kampala, Kamya reportedly got her hands badly soiled, getting worse as Minister of Lands.

Reports indicate that President Museveni is now concerned that every investigation he has directed has not proceeded because Beti Kamya is a culprit. Kamya now can’t investigate herself or her past acts. The Drone Media has gathered that the  president has a damning report on his chief Investigator. The President has realized he could have appointed a thief to catch thieves. And it is not working.

Below are the several scandals Museveni wants to be investigated, but investigations cannot take off because his IGG is a culprit:

NAGURU LAND SCANDAL
When Beti Kamya fainted before MP Kimosho led Parliamentary Select Committte on Naguru Land, little was known that she had allocated herself 4 acres of the subject prime land when she was Minister of Lands. Kamya’s Naguru loot and her 50 vans ended up being confiscated by a money lender in accumulated interest on debt. President Museveni is shocked by reports thay IGG cannot dig up any irregularities in the Naguru scandal.

KIRA ROAD POLICE PLAY GROUND
Beti Kamya had looted Kira Road Police play ground as a Minister of Lands only to be stopped by IGP Ochola. She then granted lease to another city speculator now claiming the same piece. President Museveni has now directed an investigation into the wrangle but Beti Kamya cannot proceed because she is herself a culprit.

Sh10BN COMPESATION SCANDAL
Beti Kamya as Minister of Lands chased for sh10bn land compesation from the Ministry of Finance which was wrongly paid and the funds ended up eaten by her and fictitious clamaints. President Museveni wants a report but the IGG cant incriminate anyone.

KISEKKA MARKET 2 ACRES LAND SCANDAL
As Minister of Lands Beti Kamya grabbed 2 acres of land off the vendors land. She ended up selling the same to a businessman in town. KCCA has refused to issue title of the 2 acres. Investigations by the State House Anti Corruption Unit point to Beti Kamya as number one culprit.

PARLIAMENT COLLABO

President Museveni has reportedly directed two investigations on the conduct of parliament businessSpeaker, but nothing came to conclusion. There have also been several whistle blower reports on the same to the IGG. Beti Kamya has always been shielded from several Parliamentary investigations.
There is a well syndicated return of favours.

SH10 ACRES OF CHURCH LAND AT LUZIRA
As a Minister of Lands, Beti Kamya reportedly attempted to grab Fr. John Scalabrini church land at Luzira. The church was firm and foiled Beti land grab. Having failed Beti Kamya allocated the land claiming it was part of Uganda Land commission land. The church has appealed to the President, and Kamya conduct in the saga have raised serious concerns from the President.

COMPESATION OF LUSANJA AND CONFLICT WITH BYENKYA
For all the time Beti Kamya was Minister of Lands, she never saw eye to eye with the then Ugand Land Commission Chairperson Beatrice Byenkya. Reason was she often ursuped the powers of ULC in allocation of land for instance Naguru land. Though its the work of ULC Kamya got involved in Lusanja and Sodo Ndeeba church compesation because she got a big commission. President Museveni has now directed fresh investigations into the Lusanja and Ndeeba compesation. Beti Kamya as IGG cannot take a move because she received a big cut out of the same.

OWINO MARKET SCANDAL
As Minister of Kampala, Beti Kamya reportedly got involved with the Arab Owino Market investor. Kamya’s relationship with the Arab investor was based on monetary terms. She also reportedly received a wèekly allowance from Management of Owino Market.

The Arab investor has now taken government to court for compesation of  $80m. An act the IGG could have solved when the investor petitioned her office. Beti Kamya has her hands tied on Owino because she is beneficiary from the Arab and tokens from Owino Market.

President Museveni has come to the conclusion that the new IGG cannot function because she has a big baggage of corruption upon her. All reports to the President indicate that Kamya is going to be the most innefective IGG because of her corrupt past.

She cannot investigate buddies involved in corruption neither can she act on President directives because doing so in many deals, she would be putting herself on trial. The President is now increasingly relying on the State House Anti Corruption Unit for accurate reports on the corrupt more than Beti Kamya, the IGG.
