Joel Isabirye seen at a supermarket of women on Rubaga Road

Former Programs’ Director at Kisementi _based Capital FM radio, Joel Isabirye was on Monday seen in a ” Supermarket of women” on Rubaga Road.

Isabirye who on 5th December 2013 officially united with Rebbeca Jjingo in a colorful wedding ceremony, whereby the couple flew in a chopper, reportedly failed marriage trials due to this vice of purchasing.

Well, Isabirye was on Monday seen at Riviera Bar, which is next to Honneyz Pub, the two bars are infested with Rwandan girls who peddle flesh. You would think the radio guru was just bypassing, no! This was past 1:00am.

Dressed in a grey coat matched with similar pair of trousers, Isabirye who had staffed black pair of listening gears, moved to and fro while looking at the brown babes along the verandah.  He then settled and secured a safe place on white plastic chairs that are outside the bar.

One of the Rwandan girls who talked to the snoop, revealed that Isabirye was a regular at Riviera Bar. However, the radio guru was not the only news maker seen that night at the “supermarket of women.”

There were also two Professors from Makerere University, but The Drone Media will not mention their name at this stage. There were also several entertainers seen that night.

Apparently, Isabirye looked disturbed, according to the snoop. Although he staffed his ears with head phones, he was engaged in a solo conversation with an imaginary partner.  You would think he was convincing Rebecca Jjingo back at home that he was still at office finishing some work.

It seems the Rwandan girls know him very well and enjoy his money because they were overheard by the snoop, saying in Kinyarwanda: “uyu mugabo aratanga amafara.” Translated as, This man has money and gives enough for “a short”.  A short in a flesh peddling lingual is one round of sex marathon.
