Kyarenga Concert URA smiles to the bank

While every individual is deeply concerned of their interests about Kyarenga Concert that took place Saturday at Busabala, the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) is the most happiest of all.

Intel by the Drones at The Drone Media reveal that over 20,000 tickets were sold. That means the total revenue is sh200m of which sh100m is taken by URA.

Much as sections of Uganda’s society jubilate over the massive concert, the wise are looking at different angles. For example, the numbers; it is still a small crowd 20,000!

You can even put it at 50,000 but Kampala is occupied by one million residents while four (4) millions are always in the city, who are not residents. So what is the fraction of the population of Kampala that was at Busabala?

Besides, what quality of population that attended the Kyarenga? Those are the simple questions that need to be answered by sane members of the society.

Meanwhile the Drones overheard that gangsters had planned evil against bonafide fans.

The goons who were highly excited and in jolly moods over the Kyarenga concert; harboured evil and more unpleasing information many fans lost their belongings.

“The concert has come at an opportune time, when we have been languishing in poverty, our Ghetto President Bobi Wine has been busy with politics and now the concert has come at an opportune time, therefore we have to harvest big from the concert,” One of the goons was overheard saying before going to the Kyarenga concert.

As Ugandans were still debating about this statement, more trusted sources within the base confirmed that yesterday’s event was more than a music event.

The source confirmed that they were prepared to cause chaos/violence, force Ugandans into evil acts and massively loot them of their valuable properties and money.

Now, it has come to pass, most women and girls lost their bags and phones.  However, security was tight and police cells are full, but still crimes were committed. #Kyarenga#
