Obsession of water among Ugandan men is political-Hon Kato Lubwama

Hon Kato Lubwama the Rubaga South Member of Parliament, has said the current obsession of “water” among Ugandan men is political.

Hon Lubwana was answering his constituents who had gathered at MM Pub in Kabusu. The locals asked Lubwama whether he had an agenda for women who are failing in marriage because of dryness in the course of sexual encounters.

The legislator said, ” This obsession of water, water; started recently and it a political strategy to make Baganda women stay unmarried. ”

Lubwama added that this obsession has opened up a big market for bushera (kinyankole/kikiga) local brew.

“Every woman you meet today is craving for bushera. You wonder why? But it is a well orchestrated move to promote their local brew products, ” Lubwama asserted.

He further said that before the year 2000 nobody talked of “water” but today men are craving for this water as if it cures cancer.

The Rubaga MP talked amidst cheers from both women and men who had gathered for sauna at MM Pub.

Among the women present were several sengas ( female relationship consultants), who also lectured and added their voices.

One of the sengas said, “men today think their money will do everything. Cocks are even better than some of them. Many jump over as if they are mounting Uber boda.”

Hon Lubwama assured his audience that he would do more research to find out how this obsession started. He also told them that avoidance of cultural norms was contributing a lot to this cancer that was eating off the present society.

This “water” the Hon Lubwama is talking about is what is known as “squirt water” which women produce during the course of sexual encounters.

However, various tribes react differently during the act. Ugandan men think and say Rwandan girls squirt the most. They are followed by Batoro, Banyankole/Bakiga, while the rest are reportedly as dry as the Tororo rock.
