Police cited in the Kajjansi land grabbing

Police officers have been cited in the Kajjansi land grabbing. In the year 2019 a complainant Kasinbate James , who is the owner of Salvation College_Kajjansi, started getting strange calls from people asking him if he was selling his land at Zziru-Wamala , Wakiso district.

His constant reply to the callers was that his eight acre land was not for sale.

It then dawned on him in the end of June 2019 when he received a call from Entebbe Police Station to go and answer the charges of trespass and malicious damage and he thought within himself maybe the caller was mistaken.

Surprisingly,  the caller insisted and Kasibante got concerned and went to CID headquaters, Kibuli where he presented his land tittle showing that he is the rightful owner of the eight acre land at Zziru-Wamala and since he bought the land in 2004 there has never been any Kibanja complaint on his land.

While at Kibuli headquarters he was advised to go to Entebbe and get the reference of the case he was being accused of.

Before he could go to Entebbe, the police fron Entebbe came and arrested him and it was on Sunday 14th july 2019 and on Monday 15th July 2019 he was taken before court without even getting to know his accusers.

The case was criminal malicious damage to a barbed wire. He knew later that some strangers went in the night and put some barbed wire with some poles on his land at Zziru-Wamala and destroyed it themselves and thereafter went and filed a case at Entebbe Police Station.

On Monday 15th July 2019 he was driven to court in a police patrol car as if an armed robber all the intents was to deny him bail but he was lucky he got bail late in the evening when everyone thought he had been remanded to Kigo Prisons.

On the 16th July 2019 at about 09:00am he got a call from his neighbors asking whether he was the one who had hired people to break down his building structures at Zzivu-Wamal a .

He sent his son Kayondo Ivan to the site,  who, to his surprise got a grader breaking down his father`s school building strucures and many trucks ferrying away bricks . He went and reported the case at KisubiPolice Station where he met one Majera Lukalanga and Muvaneza John an old man both of whom he had never met. The case reference is: SD: 29/16/07/2019

The two claimed they were the ones who hired the grader to go and raze down his farther`s structures. After pleading with the police at Kisubi he managed to convince them to move to the scene.

A grader and one truck full of bricks was impounded and taken to Kisubi Police Station.

The Drone Media has established that as police was trying to compile evidence the CID Entebbe started harassing O/C CID  Kisubi that she is unprofessional.

In that confusion the land grabbers also ran to CID headquarters and accused  O/C CID Kisubi of being unprofessional. The O/C CID Kisubi appeared at CID headquarters to explain her role in the case and she was found innocent of any wrong doing.

The aggrieved party then became suspicious of the role being played by O/C CID Entebbe in the case.

Everyone wondered why Kasibante James was taken to court?  Was  it a planned move by the O/C CID Entebbe, RDC, DISO, RSA Entebbe? The Regional CID came to know it later. A file was brought to regional CID officer KMP south and it was signed to another investigating officer; it is from here that the complainant Kasibante came to see forged documents claiming Muvaneeza John had a Kibanja on the land.

A source told The Drone Media that anyone can truly tell the documents were fake and forged.

The Drone Media has also learnt that the investigating officer at regional visited the scene and saw the damage and several statements from neighbors in Kajjansi, surveyors and witnesses to the scale of the land and they all testified that they never knew Muvaneeza not even Kasibante has ever seen/known Muveneeza.

This website has established that the investigating officer was still complining the remaining evidence.  The case file was called to regional to regional DPP Ntinda not by the complainant but by the land grabbers with a full backing of the regional CID officer behind the scene.

It has also been established that after some days the case file was followed; it was discovered that it had been sent direct to Entebbe that it should be closed.

Mbu the land grabbers were protecting their kibanja interests in Kajjansi. Our own sources at regional DPP`s office reveal that it was the regional CID officer himself Mr. Okurut who went there to follow the file and money exchanged hands.

The land grabbers who knew the instructions on the file gathered strength now that they had backing of O/C CID Entebbe, RDC, DPC, DISO, RSA and regional CID officer.

They hired again the grader to grade the land, as you read this they are busy subdividing plots.

Yet the complainant has been owning the land for 16 years without any kibanja claimant in Kajjansi. When the lawyer was sent to find out what was going on it was established that all the big shots of Entebbe were behind the land grabbers hiding behind kibanja interests.

These are the people who never own a kibanja in the land for even a second but are now being protected by DPC Entebbe, O/C Entebbe,RDC, DISO and regional CID officer KMP south.

Even after the demolition of his structures he tried to put cement poles for a fence with brick piles but they were destroyed by the grabbers and when the case was presented at Kisubi Onesmas Mwesigwa O/C CID Entebbe personally went and took away the file.

The question was, who complained to him ? Whenever Kasibante goes to the regional CID officer he dodges him that he is busy and yet he is behind the people who want  to grab his land in Kajjansi.

As it is, police, RDC, DISO are working with criminals to grab peoples’ land.

The Drone Media was informed that Kasibante’s land had 13 structures all valued at 700million sited on 8 acre plot bought in 2004 from Ssegujja Galabuzzi and the documents are there.

This land was a forest and there was no single   claimant on the land until 16th July 2019 when they were surprised to see a stranger claiming it was his kibanja in Kajjansi.
