Police delayed report on Ziggy Wine’s death and rogue politicians used it for their interests
The police explanation about Ziggy Wine’s death was late but it is the best thing to bring back hope among desperate Ugandans.
Ugandans have persistently lost hope due to cracked systems in government structure. The death of a guy most of Ugandans have come to learn of is called Ziggy Wine is very detailed, offering dates, names and places of the events and people involved before Ziggy’s death.

But of course to expect that of people who are probably waiting for another death so that they can quickly seek political sympathy, would be to expect too much!
As for the media, including a leading daily that fell for the political spin and carried a splash, there should be some introspection at this point.
Well, Ziggy Wine was involved into an accident and that is how he made it to Mulago Hospital, where he later breathed his last.
