Vicky Loses Deposh Bar to Bling Lounge
It seems Victoria Konie Nakubulwa is jinxed. She started as a promising businesswoman in Kabalagala, whose bar Deposh in Kabalagala on Muyenga boomed to the apex. Her mistake was to get aroused and open another branch in Mbarara at Rwebikoona.
That was the day her jinx started its journey, she flatly fell and almost went into coma as far as bar business was concerned. Fortunately, she had a shoulder to cry on, which was the Kabalagala branch.
As fate had it, the Deposh Kabalagala branch, got into conflicts with the rogue police, who raided it and among the clients disturbed and inconvenienced was a minister from South Sudan government. This incident spelt doom to Deposh Bar. The police claimed the minister was among shisha smokers, can you imagine! On the other hand it was business oversight that the management did not contain the rogue police who looked for money.
The Drones gathered that Vicky Nakubulwa was among the lucky Ugandan chics who got rich Bazungu men and hit the jack port. Besides, the Drones also gathered that she divorced twice and all the episodes of divorce got her paid her shares.
Unfortunately, Vicky has not been a good business manager. She has finally lost all the businesses she gained from her divorces.
She posted this on her wall: “Dear our esteemed customers of Deposh Bar and restaurant Kabalagala Muyenga Road. Allow me to thank you generously for the continued support you have given us for the last 8 years we have been in the industry. Also receive this.”we have indefinitely closed our business from today on words” thank you so much. I have retired from the night life to something else.will update you with my next move.”
The recent post was, “We are here to inform you that De-posh bar VIP and lounge has been sold to BLING Lounge & Restaurant which will be opening on 28th June, 2019 .
