Who will fulfill unappreciative endless demands of Buganda?

In the History of Uganda, 5 (five) Presidents were Baganda. Ben Kiwanuka, Sir Edward Muteesa II, Prof. Yusuf Lule, Godfrey Lukongwa Binaisa & Paul Muwanga.
None of those Leaders managed to rule more than 4 years. Four of them ignored or never had good relationship with Mengo Establishment. Four of them ignored demands of Buganda. It’s believed that Obote and Amin had supporters from within Buganda who helped or advised them to do what they did to Buganda.
Buganda is known to be having quite a good number of lawyers, but when it comes for some of Mengo demands from Government, they don’t even want to respect what the Constitution says!
For Example:
Obote Government abolished Kingdoms and Monarchy through Parliament, but when Buganda started demanding for the restoration of Buganda Kingdom, they just wanted President Museveni to use directives not through Parliament.
Buganda has been having a good number of MPs in Parliament during this NRM regime, but instead of presenting a bill for FEDERO of Buganda, they resorted debating FEDERO issue in media for over 30 years now. Museveni being the current President, he has been insulted, intimidated, blackmailed for delaying to restore Buganda’s “EBYAFFE” yet everyone knows that, it was not taken or abolished by Museveni himself.
By Museveni advocating for the restoration of Buganda Kingdom and returning of “Ebyaffe”, the following achievements were registered; Kabaka’s enthronement, Return of Bulange Building, Mengo main Palace and other Palaces from the hands of the army, Kabaka’s Wedding, Buganda Media houses, Kabaka’s 350 sq. miles of land plus other Buganda land tittles, Kabaka’s Lake among many others.
Museveni has been giving a lot of contributions and hand-outs to Mengo, may be to appease or befriend them.
Mengo has been getting a portion from NAADS to Katikkiro to promote “EMMWANYI TERIMBA” program in Buganda.
A lot of Buganda developmental programs like ETTOFFAALI, EKISAKAATE KYA NABAGEREKA, TTABAMIRUKA were partly sponsored by NRM Government. On top of all the above mentioned achievements, Buganda is not appreciating at all!
Buganda 2021, voted against NRM! They are now back to their “theme” of ENDLESS DEMANDS!
The following are my findings;
a) It will not be easy for a Muganda President to rule Uganda again.
b) The next President after Museveni, may not tolerate Buganda’s theory of being treated as supreme Tribe.
c) Other tribes of Uganda are fed up of Baganda Individuals who think that Buganda should be treated as extra ordinary tribe plus their endless demands which affects other regions’ developments. Because if a sitting President fails to meet their demands, they start opposing him by supporting his opponents.
d) In the 11th Parliament, Buganda region MPs could find it difficult to pass some of their regional Bills because;
1. Buganda Kingdom openly campaigned for opposition using it’s leadership structures and media.
2. Failure of Buganda Kingdom and its Mengo Establishment, to criticize evil acts of some Opposition Youths or some Opposition Officials who have developed a culture of insulting, blackmailing, using obscene and vulgar words to Leaders and other respected individuals/ Government Officials, is also seen as intentionally orchestrated and supported by the Institution.
Those opposition youths or officials, do even abuse Kabaka or his Katikkiro, Religious Leaders or anybody, if they think he/she is cooperating with Museveni or Central Government! “Sekabwa ke weeyolera...”
3. Other regions think that this is their turn to benefit from their Taxes and other Government Programs like UPE, USE, NAADS/ OWC, which some of Buganda Officials and MPs have been sabotaging and DE campaigning for some years!
4. Buganda is slowly losing its culture of being accommodative and hospitable!
That’s why other regions have now turned to good relationship with the current Government and voted for NRM overwhelmingly.
