Do you why prostate cancer is so common?

The prostate enlarges with age due to the use we give it and infections from sexual intercourse.
Take this example, if you exercise with your arm, it will enlarge, the same thing happens with the prostate, that is why having a good diet or giving the perfect supplement to prevent enlargement.

The prostate is made up of several types of tissue. In a simplified way we can describe these types of fabrics as:

Muscle tissue. Tissue composed of muscle fibers found around the urethra in the central portion of the prostate.

Glandular tissue or tissue composed of glands. The glands are small formations that are responsible for secreting substances, secreting, in the case of the prostate, components of seminal fluid. The glandular tissue is usually located throughout the prostate, being more abundant surrounding the muscular tissue in its central region.

Stromal tissue. Stromal tissue is a specific type of tissue made up of cells that perform the function of supporting and shaping a certain organ. This type of tissue is scattered throughout the mass of the prostate, therefore, its involvement will favor a diffuse increase in its size.

The prostate is only partially palpable on its posterior face through the wall of the rectum by digital rectal examination, one of the most common and effective diagnostic methods to find out if there is benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostate cancer or prostatitis.

BPH is one of the most overwhelming and complex diseases for men, since their quality of life is seriously affected, since the obstruction prevents the total evacuation of urine, with serious problems of all kinds.

Patients who consult for hyperplasia report that they cannot sleep, with the need to get up many times during the night to go to the bathroom.

“When they want to leave the house they think twice, because the first thing they ask is if there is a bathroom or when they get to a place, where is the bathroom?”

The specialist asserts that many patients take time to accept the problem and consequently take time to consult the doctor, which can complicate the pathology, due to the appearance of infections, urine retention, the appearance of pain and damage to the bladder.

“When the bladder has to force itself to expel urine, it forces its muscles and over time its normal function is altered, which becomes a more complex problem”
The green laser is one of the most effective technologies in recent years for the therapeutic treatment of the disease.

It is a new technique, less aggressive, with fewer risks for the patient, less bleeding, quick recovery and it is done on an outpatient basis.

Endoscopically, the surgeons enter the special instruments and based on the energy of the green laser they vaporize the prostate tissues that produce the obstruction and rehabilitate the pathway to normalize urinary function.

It is an outpatient procedure, less aggressive, with fewer risks, with less bleeding and therefore with a better recovery.

The most important thing is to consult on time, because the bladder will not be altered yet and with surgery the problem can be solved without further setbacks.
