Entebbe International Airport security rob travellers

Diamond Platinumz with Zari

Travellers, especially first time travellers have always been asked to show 100$ as pocket money – to be able to help them in case they encounter some issues along their journey – and this made sense.

However, this has been turned into a theft trap by the airport staff. When the clearing agents see this money, they further intimidate the travellers with countless questions to fail them from boarding; the person is isolated from the check-in line. The agents then secretly send one of their own (this time disguising as a good Samaritan) to the now frustrated traveller & offer to help but at a cost of 100$. The “good Samaritan” will assure the frustrated traveller that it will be very hard to travel unless they’re helped; so he’ll cough the 100$.
Some pple have been conned up to 300$ because when the traveller looks to be financially well off, they demand for up to 500$ as pocket (show off). They make sure they present tough conditions to fail the traveller & then ask for a bribe to be able to clear the person.
Many people who cannot afford a bribe at the airport have missed their flights.

We all know that processing to travel to another country is costly – financially and the time the visa processing takes is a lot; most people who are especially going for Kyeeyo do not have enough money so most of them acquire loans and some of them sell off their properties.
For someone greedy to fail them from traveling, it is insanity and demonic. It must not be accepted.

This is just one of the many other stories of the painful encountersv at Entebbe.

It’s only at Entebbe International Airport where you’ll find this kind of thuggery. Other airports are helpful and very respectful.
