Former NRM boss dragged to court over 250,000 US Dollars
Former NRM Money chief Singh Katongole has been dragged to court over thefty of US Dollars amounting to 250,000.
He has been sued to the commercial court division of the High court in Kampala. It is alleged that Plof Abid sued Katongole together with another Indian businessman Razar Manj whom he let this money but failed to pay.
Well the story is, there was a meeting organized for understanding between the parties (settling it out of court), Katongole made himself the go between but when he reportedly received the money he did not pass it to Abid .
The case numbers according to this site are 240 of 2019 and 266 of 2019 respectively. When contacted on phone number 0702947977, Katongole also a former Lubaga North MP flop asked why we cannot wait for court proceedings.
