I have spent sh1bn on ungrateful electorate-Hon Kato Lubwama

Hon Kato Lubwama the outgoing Rubaga South Member of Parliament has revealed how he spent sh1bn on the people of Rubaga North Constituency and they kicked him out.  A bitter Kato said he has no kind words for the NUP (National Unity Platform) boss, Hon Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine.

Kato said, “first of all, Bobi Wine killed our industry, arts industry is dead!” It is Bobi Wine to blame with his self-centred and myopic interests.”  He said Bobi Wine is mean and stingy and is dictatorial.

” He should learn from Museveni, who does not anyhow chase his people. Bobi Wine chases members day and night; where will he end?” Kato queried.  Kato said the electorate believed Bobi Wine’s lies and denied him chances of leading them to a promised land; they forgot that he had spent a billion on them.

He regretted his sh1bn he spent on voters; but thanked God that he is relieved  from their unending demands.

“You get sh20m, but the voters follow it and chew it until you go to loan sharks to borrow extra money to look after ungrateful people,” confessed Kato.  he said no matter what, he will never join NUP because they have no manners. Kato said they are poor in mind and very ill mannered.
