New Vision has been a battle field between Emmy Alio and Robert Kabushenga

There is a Robby group flaunting former Deputy ISO Director Emmy Alio, who is also former journalist at New Vision, to take over Robert Kabushenga’s job, managing Vision Group.  While it is obvious that the group is a self-interest group backed by the candidate himself; The Drone Media will bring you the truth.

Emmy Alio was a journalist while Robert Kabushenga was an inserter. However, Kabushenga had completed his graduate studies from Makerere University, yet Emmy Alio was writing and gathering news without any qualifications.  He joined Makerere University around 2003 through Mature Age Entry.  By this time, Robert Kabushenga was Corporation Secretary of the New Vision before it became Vision Group, and was mediating court cases against the company since he had legal background; he is a lawyer.

At that time, Emmy Alio was a trusted journalist in the eyes of William Pike; this was because Emmy Alio always had “hot news tips’ about wars and political activities. He had links in the State House; he would be the first one to link cabinet reshuffle; RDC and was a friend to rebel leaders in DR Congo.  This sold him to good books of William Pike.

Now, he fell out with Robert Kabushenga over court cases. At that time, New Vision was being sued left and right; and Emmy Alio told William Pike that some of the cases were being manufactured by Robert Kabushenga to make money out of such cases.  However, some cases were due to reckless reporting and Emmy Alio was one of the reporters whose stories attracted many court cases. This trend of events created lifts between Robert Kabushenga and Emmy Alio.

Soon, William Pike was sacked by the government and Robert Kabushenga backed by the Mighty and Super Minister John Patrick Amama Mbabazi, was given a job. He became the CEO of the Vision Group. Robert Kabushenga did not wait; he sacked Emmy Alio; this, Kabushenga even told it to the whole staff of Vision Group at an assembly. He used the term, “chopping,” He said, ” There was a boy who used to bad mouth me before i became a boss, but when I assumed the powers of a CEO of this company I immediately chopped his head.”

Fortunately, Emmy Alio got a fat job as a Deputy Director of Internal Security Organisation because he had connected with Gen. Salim Saleh. However, his vendetta could not be stopped. He was in a better place to carry out intelligence in his interests.

He seems to have succeeded in uprooting Robert Kabushenga, but The Drone Media doubts if he can be a good manager. There are bad traits associated with Emmy Alio; he is a gold dealer; you know what that means. Others weaknesses cannot be revealed here due to liable status.
