Rwanda at a glance her war drums sound lowly

Intelligence information coming through is that a civil war has broken out in Rwanda, a new rebel group has launched an attack on Kagame’s Regime.

The Rwanda authorities are tight lipped about the current events and more focused on corrupting the Ugandan media not to give any coverage to the new rebel forces’ achievements as they forge a way of neutralizing them.

The Rebels are believed to have planned their assault for years, moving families away from Rwanda before they launch an attack.

Pilato is at the disadvantage due to his lack of friends around him, he lost his relationship with Burundi way back when he tried to take over the leadership of Burundi, the same applies to Congo, Rwanda has small differences with TZ and TZ prefers a good relationship with Burundi and Uganda that a Rwanda that is selfish. This leaves Kagame surrounded by smiling unhappy faces.

Uganda’s current security problems have been attributed to Kagame’s continued selfish tendencies and fears that Uganda is funding Rebel activities, the use of Uganda Police officers to kidnap and kill families of those running away from Rwanda acted as a final assault to Uganda’s image.

Kagame has refused to amend his policy of kidnapping and killing his political enemies leaving them no option but to fight back, they now have the backing of USA having previous had the full backing of France.

France a strong member of NATO has vast influence on NATO, it continues to influence smaller members like Belgium and the Netherlands to back their interests, the USA can not afford to disagree with France.

The assassination of Habyarimana which France still blames on Pilato is still a case France will not let go considering two presidential Pilots were French nationals.

Burundi looks determined to allow anyone willing to fight Kagame use its territory as safe heaven since that also guarantees their security, currently the Burundian army has deployed heavily in its borders with order to shoot at anyone forces crossing that border.

The UPDF’s second division has stepped up its presence along Uganda -Rwanda border closing some entry points meanwhile.

It appears Kagame’s peaceful days are nearing an end, in Uganda two new rebel groups are setting up both these groups are believed to be sponsored by Kagame, one is based in Congo and another is based in the TZ.

The Congo group is believed to be Islamic based and mostly recruiting people of Islamic faith, this group calls itself MTC and some of its leaders broke away from ADF which is also believed to have been funded by Kagame.

If you have heard rumors that military officials in intelligence are working with ADF rebels then the basis of this rumors is that ADF was infiltrated by Uganda’s intelligence, this exposed the disguised funding. Kagame then became exposed and his DMI team went for plan B.

The second group is believed to have carried out the attack on Abiriga, this has links and a small base in TZ, it also has members and associates in the UK, the group operates a small unit of ex service men. This group is still very weak and easy to target since they are very reckless in their dealings.
