The Drone Media has established that Naguru land was given out the way Europeans divided Africa among themselves. This was scramble and partition of Naguru.

According to a survey map from the lands ministry, 20 companies shared the Naguru land and these companies belong to ministers, government officials plus parliament’s big wigs.

This website has established that among people who partitioned the Naguru land is a one Joseph Ariong, who is an obvious suspect of fraud.  He is not counted among the rich who presented their companies to the scramble and partition, but he supposedly acquired two plots each measuring 0.85 acre.  Ariong claims he owns Gash and Wash, but information that reached The Drone Media indicate that he is a manager of a hotel that belongs to a big wig in parliament.

This shows that the custodians of Uganda’s proprties are the  same people stealing them.  This is how the loot was shared:

Roko Construction got 2.4 acres while M/S Master Links acquired 3,0 acres. Phaneroo, this is Pastor Grace Lubega, supposedly, a man of God, got 4.0 acres.  The Arab Oil got 4.0 acres while Sudhir Ruparelia’s Meera Investiments got 3.0 acres.

Now, initially this land was supposed to be given to hospitals and some other government infrastractures, that is why this M/S Medicine of Virginia Hospital got 15 acres while the Heart institutes got 10 acres.

After the health facilities got their shares, the partitioning continued. A company known as FAKHRUDDIN got 1.42 acres. That Asian is believed to have stood in for a government official.

EACOM got 0.3 acre while Global got 0,60 acre while Wash and Gash got 0,85 acre each. Rudra Hardware and Tools Ltd got 4.0 acres; Dembe Trading Enterprises U Ltd got 3.0 acres; Dominion got 1.0 acre; whereas Ntinda Wholesellers acquired 2.0 acres.

Mr. Anil Damani got 3.0 acres ; M/S Dashen U Ltd also got 3.0 acres. Seven Hills  Apartments Ltd got 3,94 acres while Naguru Infants School got 1.0 acre.
