They claim she is a midwife
A photo of a gorgeous girl that they claim is a midwife is the bait these Kampala Bafere (conmen) are using to lure gullible Ugandans into their illicit deals.
Midwife or not this could either be impersonation or any other form of offense, but this supposing 27 years Mulungi Rebecca, who the uploader claims is a senior midwife HIV negative Mutooro; working with USAID; seem to be one of the hooks the scammers use to bait their victims.
These baits have become mundane on social media platforms. The scammers are always big on small things. Imagine, in the name of this beautiful image; the uploader claims, “I also own 3 big pharmacies and two farms in Fort and Kasese. I am single, looking for a man who can move on with me. I don’t need money from anyone and I am ready to support him financially.” Imagine a midwife owning all those properties!
This mufere/uploader referring to self as a midwife mainly baits the 19 to 45 years olds. He/she doesn’t care if the man has a woman or he is a student; she just needs someone to love her and he must be good at kakyabali or ready to learn. Can you imagine? They conclude, “get connected to her at sh15,500 connection fees from Ssenga Najjuko on whatsp 0758011752. Police should be looking for such people, but not those who criticize their corrupt tendencies.
Do not enter into any enticing deal with any one in the city
It is a common practice for conmen in Kampala and surrounding towns to approach travellers and introduce enticing deals to them which include earning lots of money. Some pretend to be having expensive valuables like gold and diamond which they promise to give you if you offer them the services they need including financial transactions. Many people have fallen victims of this and some even collapse after realising that the gold or diamond package given to them carries stones and other fake products instead. The best way to guard yourself from this is to simply walk away and tell them you are not interested in any deals or you are not ready to offer the service they need.
