Who is who in the Mawanda Road broad day robbery

The territorial Police at Kira road are investigating a robbery incident that happened yesterday the 24/7/2021 at around 12 PM along Mawanda Road. The victim Jiwan Lal an accountant working with Rigil agro peck limited in Kololo was attacked by 14 men travelling on 7 motorbikes .
The victim was surrounded and assaulted continuously until his money amounting to 5 million Uganda shillings and 2 phones were stolen from him. The police recorded statements from eye witnesses and has started following up on leads that have proven helpful in identifying the suspects for arrest.
The Drone Media investigates the unusual robbery. It is an aggravated robbery (an organized crime, meaning that the actors planned it. Well, the actors seem to be in cohort with the Uganda Police or other state agencies. This is a similar style they have been using to assassinate senior public figures in Uganda.
Therefore, It is not far from the truth. Unless otherwise, but these styles of robbery are well known by police. Take example in Kampala, if you lose a mobile phone handset you really want, you will get it after you have sweet talked police officers. Police officers know the groups that rob innocent Ugandans as well as investors including Chinese and Indians.
