Blame it on Bobi Wine

Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s affidavit is responsible for upholding the decision on changing article 102b.

In his affidavid he said he traversed the whole country during the consultation process which means there was enough consultation done by all MPs on article 102b.

Meanwhile his bouncer has left Ugandans  agape! The bouncer who was released this week on bail, came out of jail with an untamed appetite. He was bumped into at a kafunda /pork joint munching the stuff as if he had received a prophecy of his death.

All our MPs be them of opposition or the ruling government, betrayed us. They died in their own movie.

For Justice Kakuru only read law books and neglected the Bible. If Kakuru picks on the Holy book, he will excuse himself.

Otherwise, the Uganda Constitutional Court has ruled that:
1. The lifting of the presidential age limit was constitutional (3 judges agreed, 1 didn’t)
2. Extending MPs’ terms from 5 to 7yrs was unconstitutional -thus is null & void (all judges in agreement)
3. Speaker Kadaga suspended MPs legally.
4. The Misconduct of MPs warranted the extraordinary measures used to evict them.
5.Reinstatement of Term Limits Unconstitutional.

A judge of the constitutional court, Justice Kenneth Kakuru on Thursday ruled that the passing of the age limit bill with all its related amendments was null and void.

“Having said all that, I declare that the entire amendment was unconstitutional and should be declared null and void,” ruled Justice Kenneth Kakuru while delivering his judgment on age limit law at the constitutional court based in Mbale.

“All constitutional amendments are null and void,” emphasises Kakuru, saying the petitioners shall be paid costs as directed by the Deputy Chief Justice, Owiny Dollo.

Justice Kakuru finished his task, it is now the public in the ring. Everyone including those who never saw even the door of classroom, is contributing on the age limit judgement.
