Cheating husband reported by a slut

We are in possession of anonymous letter from a Kampala-based confused and desperate wife seeking for an effective solution regarding a randy husband.  Kindly, read through and participate in providing a mature solution. Herein below it reads:

My husband is the cheating type and I have gotten used to it. I have prayed, fasted, fought, quarrelled and even cried to him but nothing changed.

We have been married for 12 years now and blessed with 5 (five) children. The problem now is that this morning, a strange number called me asking if I am the wife of Mr. So and so person, and I said yes. The caller introduced herself as Jane Koburunga and said that my husband promised her a certain phone, but after having sex with her refused to fulfill his promise.

That as she is speaking with me now I should go to so so hotel to meet my husband. Then she dropped the phone call. I was still wondering the meaning of the call when the number called again and said, sorry oh Mama, if you are going, pack some clothes, shoes or slippers for him because as I am talking to you now, I took his clothes, shoes and wristwatch to make up for my time wasted.

Since that morning, I have not gone to the hotel although my husband called and asked me to bring him some clothes. Please I need your advice, what should I do because right now, I am soooo confused. Drop you advice/comment here.
