Sudhir Ruparelia’s Victoria University raided over breach of SOPs, but there are other classified info related to the raid

Sudhir Ruparelia’s Victoria University was this morning raided by security authorities over breach of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Surprisingly, the paid up hang-ons rushed to mislead public that “Gun wielding men kidnapped Victoria University Vice Chancellor.” But sober Ugandan would ask himself/herself what students were doing at a closed university? Officially, all universities be private or government are closed.
Witnesses say they watched in awe early today (2nd September 2021) when heavily armed gunmen raided the Jinja Road -based Victoria University and ordered a defiant Dr. Lawrence Muganga (Vice Chancellor of Victoria University) and his bodyguard before dragging them and bundling them into a waiting drone vehicle.
In the ensuing chaos, the gullible university students and members of staff who dared to ask questions were roughed-up and also taken away.
The Drone Media has, however, established that the Victoria University Vice-Chancellor has been under investigation for a while by CMI and other Intelligence agencies in Uganda on charges of espionage.
Muganga grew up in Kyazanga, Masaka region a place where murders have been reported. Last week four Rwandan spies were arrested in Kyazanga, it doesn’t surprise anyone that more arrests are being made.
The Uganda Peoples Defense Forces (UPDF) has confirmed the arrest of Victoria University’s Vice-Chancellor Dr Lawrence Muganga.
Muganga, according to the army spokesperson Brig Gen Flavia Byekwaso was picked from his office in Kampala during a joint operation on Thursday.
“It is true he has been arrested by joint forces in a joint operation. His status in Uganda is not clear because he holds a foreign passport and has no work permit,” Byekwaso said. She said Muganga is suspected of espionage.

The Drone Media has established that it is CMI that arrested Dr Lawrence Muganga, the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University in Kampala.

In Canada, he became the chair of RPF in Edmonton.
9) When James Kabarebe visited Vancouver, Canada in November 2017, the boy invited him to address Rwandans in Edmonton.
10) His a personal friend to Gen Mugambage who now seats on Uganda desk.
11) He got the VC job at Victoria through Andrew Mwenda.
12) Rwanda is building a new network after Uganda’s security dismantled their networks. These networks will be run by people born and grew in Buganda region.
